Our team of dedicated professionals serves as volunteers, committee members, and advisors on numerous Boards of Directors.

Our team members actively engage in a myriad of volunteer opportunities, contributing to the betterment of Indianapolis. As part of our commitment, we annually participate in community-focused events, such as the Indiana CPA Society’s Day of Service. During this day, our team devotes their time to local philanthropic organizations, fostering meaningful connections with the community. Past endeavors include collaborations with Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, HVAF of Indiana, and United Way.

Beyond this annual event, we take pleasure in participating in philanthropic initiatives like the Make-A-Wish Request A Thon and Salvation Army Angel Tree Program. To further amplify our impact, BGBC’s Charity Committee organizes internal quarterly fundraising events, channeling resources towards various non-profit organizations.
